Han Yuan is a product and engineering executive, speaker, board advisor, and career coach to C-suite executives. As the Founder of h6y3, he serves as interim CTO, CPO, CTPO, and services consulting needs and executive coaching as a startup and IPO sherpa.

He brings deep experience with organizational design, product strategy and operations, and software engineering with executive leadership roles at Recharge, Upwork, Netflix, and eBay where he has helped build, scale, and launch global product and engineering solutions.

Career highlights:

  • Co-founding a social network BuddyStumbler and scaling it to over 70,000 users.
  • Han was a mobile pioneer who incubated early mobile teams at Netflix and eBay. Han and his teams launched the mobile, tablet, Apple TV, and Chromecast apps enjoyed by millions of users worldwide today and were often demoed by Steve Jobs himself at Apple Keynotes.
  • As SVP of Engineering at Upwork, leading one of the world’s most distributed engineering teams — 350+ engineers in 40 countries worldwide. During his tenure, Upwork’s revenue doubled, and the company went public in 2018.
  • Advising dozens of unicorns including helping them hire CTOs as an associate partner at AKF Partners.

Han’s most recent role was CTPO of Recharge Payments, the leader in subscription commerce on Shopify where he lead product, product marketing, and engineering. Recharge Payments powers the online presence of 15,000 merchants worldwide and drives over $13B in GSV.

Bio

Tami Reiss is a product strategy leader with almost 20 years of experience helping startups, established enterprise companies, and community profit organizations define their product strategy and set up product organizations for scale.

She has held many product roles within B2B SaaS organizations and consulted with companies such as Humana, Aetna, JPMorgan, TheKnotWW, Cornerstone on Demand among dozens of others which adds to her ability to understand different perspectives and various industries.

Recently, she was the lead product strategy consultant for Melissa Perri’s Produx Labs and CPO-in-Residence for Insight Partners, which meant she was often interim VP of Product at their portfolio companies.

On the side, Tami launched Just Not Sorry, a Gmail plug-in used by half a million people around the globe to write more confident emails.

In 2019, Tami joined the board of Matan, a non-profit dedicated to creating equitable spaces and experiences in the Jewish community.
