- Start with a pilot and measure quick wins.
- Gain leadership support and bring them along.
- Have a dedicated change driver, e.g. a transformation program manager.
- If you experience road blocks, examine your environment (flower analogy).
- Make the link between your team’s work as well as your company’s OKRs.
- A tool is essential for success – to build transparency and alignment.
Intro to Amber Haley:
Amber has been in the trenches of IT since 2003. Previously, her roles have extended from system design, to network engineering, to business analysis as an early adopter and coach of lean UX. Additionally, she’s known for using her boundless energy and sense of humor to advocate for fearless change in organizational redesign and transformation.
She is a specialist in agile practice coaching, process-hybridization, and is also deeply in-tune with what makes for excellence at every step of the PDLC from strategy to implementation.
